Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries from international clients.
- Pitch and promote products or services to prospects/customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support) to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

- Education: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
- Experience:
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- 13 years of experience in international telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales preferred.
- Communication:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or global accent.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Basic understanding of international markets and customer behavior.
- Familiarity with sales concepts: B2C/B2B, upselling, objection handling.
- Confidence in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
