Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to lead payroll configuration, implementation, and support activities. The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll). - Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing. - Experience with integration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules. - Knowledge of local statutory compliance, taxes, and labor laws. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projects Key Responsibilities: - Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll). - Configure payroll processes, schemas, rules, and infotypes according to business requirements. - Ensure compliance with statutory and local payroll regulations in Singapore. - Perform integration with Employee Central, Finance, Time Management, and other SAP/Non-SAP systems. - Conduct system testing, validation, and reconciliation of payroll runs. - Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide end-to-end resolution. - Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and payroll reporting. - Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes. - Provide training and support to end-users on payroll functionalities WHAT'S ON OFFER You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
