This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with local and global regulations, and seamless integration with HR systems. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module. - Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support payroll operations and resolve issues. - Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for payroll processes. - Handle payroll data migration, integration, and reconciliation tasks. - Provide training and support to HR staff on payroll functionalities. - Monitor and maintain system updates, patches, and enhancements. - Develop and maintain payroll-related reports and analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP, SAP HCM Payroll, or similar platforms. - Deep understanding of payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and compliance. - Familiarity with integration tools like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi. - Knowledge of US, Canada, or India payroll regulations (based on region). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification. - Experience with Employee Central, Time Management, and Benefits modules. - Exposure to global payroll implementations and multi-country rollouts.
