Job Description - Must have 11+ years of experience with Information Technology with 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM. - Experience in implementing US Payroll with good understanding of local and global payroll regulations. - Must be certified in Employee Central Payroll and at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP SF modules and functionality. - Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements. - Expertise in providing Consulting Services to Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions - Translate requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices - Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
