Role SAP HCM or ECP Payroll Consultant Location Remote India Experience 10 Years About the Opportunity A provider in the HR technology and payroll services sector serving enterprise clients with cloud-based HRIS and payroll solutions We implement and support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP landscapes ensuring accurate compliant payroll delivery for India and multi-country operations Role Responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll configuration and payroll runs for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP ensuring accurate month-end and off-cycle processing Design and implement integrations between Employee Central and ECP using middleware and integration frameworks coordinate with integration teams to resolve data flows and errors Maintain and support time management payroll infotypes retro adjustment processing and statutory reporting for India payroll Execute payroll testing reconciliation parallel runs and variance analysis to validate payroll results and remediate discrepancies Drive go-live and post-production stabilization activities prepare runbooks and provide L2 L3 support for payroll incidents and audits Collaborate with HR Finance and external vendors on requirements compliance updates and continuous improvement of payroll processes Skills Qualifications Must-Have SAP HCM Payroll SAP SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral Employee Central Payroll Payroll Configuration Payroll Processing Time Management Preferred Payroll Testing SAP CPI ABAP Payroll-related Qualifications Experience Proven experience implementing or supporting SAP HCM payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in India or multi-country environments Hands-on experience with payroll reconciliations statutory reporting and payroll cutover activities Strong troubleshooting skills for payroll calculation issues and integration failures
