About the Role This role is for an experienced Engagement Manager focused on managing and guiding cross-functional teams through the successful delivery of complex projects in cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and financial services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS, along with a passion for driving successful transformation programs. Key Responsibilities - Agile Transformation Leadership Drive the adoption of agile practices (SAFe/LeSS) across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring stakeholders at all levels. - Project Planning and Execution Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and objectives, creating actionable plans for successful delivery. - Team Management Build and lead cross-functional agile teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and performance while promoting team growth. - Coaching and Mentoring Provide hands-on guidance in agile best practices, helping teams improve their delivery capabilities and continuously enhance their agile maturity. - Stakeholder Engagement Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency. - Risk and Issue Management Identify project risks early, and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies to ensure successful outcomes. - Continuous Improvement Drive process optimization through ongoing analysis and improvements in agile project delivery, championing best practices across teams. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in engagement management or project management, with 2-4 years specifically in cloud delivery. - Expertise in agile methodologies (SAFe/LeSS) with hands-on experience in managing large, complex projects in digital and cloud technology environments. - Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, inspire collaboration, and promote innovation. - Stakeholder Management Exceptional skills in managing and influencing stakeholders, including senior executives. - Problem-Solving Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on managing risks and solving complex project-related challenges. - Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving project needs and challenges. - Continuous Learning Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in agile methodologies and technology delivery. - EM Level 2+ certification would be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with GenAI, data engineering, or cloud-based technologies. - Willingness to travel or relocate for global project needs. - Expertise in using APM tools for project and performance management.
