We are hiring for the position of Sales Manager at our AAC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block manufacturing unit Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt Ltd is one of the leading unit of AAC Block manufacturing across the region For the mentioned position following are the Responsibilities to an ideal candidate To drive sales growth build strong customer relationships expand market presence and achieve business targets for AAC Blocks through effective sales and marketing strategies Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Business Development Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets of AAC Blocks Identify and develop new customers builders contractors architects real estate developers dealers and distributors Expand dealer distributor network in assigned territories Convert inquiries into long-term business opportunities 2 Marketing Promotion Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility Conduct product presentations site visits and dealer architect meets Promote the advantages of AAC Blocks eco-friendly cost-effective lightweight energy-efficient Collaborate with the marketing team for advertisements digital campaigns and exhibitions 3 Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Handle customer queries complaints and provide after-sales support Negotiate pricing payment terms and sales agreements 4 Market Research Analysis Monitor competitors products pricing and strategies Track market trends construction industry developments and upcoming projects Provide feedback to management on product demand and market dynamics 5 Team Management Reporting Guide and support sales executives Prepare daily weekly monthly sales reports forecasts and MIS Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries 6 Collections Payments Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and dealers Monitor outstanding dues and maintain proper cash flow Qualifications Skills Required Engineering Post-Graduate MBA in Marketing Business Administration or related field 5-10 years of experience in building materials sales AAC Blocks Cement Steel Bricks etc Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills Ability to develop client networks and achieve sales targets Good knowledge of the construction and real estate industry Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and reporting systems Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Sales management 5 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
