Job Title Sales Manager - FMCG Products Location Bilaspur Job Type Full-time Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for FMCG products managing the sales team and expanding the company s presence across key markets The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG sales and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and area sales officers Build and maintain relationships with distributors wholesalers and key retail partners Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback Ensure effective distribution and visibility of products across all channels Prepare and analyze sales reports forecasts and budgets Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on promotions and inventory Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Requirements Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets Manage mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors wholesalers and key retailers Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for market expansion Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing campaigns with sales goals Leverage online channels social media and e-commerce platforms to boost sales and brand engagement Monitor competitor activities market trends and consumer insights to adapt sales strategies Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and digital channels Prepare detailed sales forecasts performance reports and budget plans Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales performance and gather feedback Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Minimum of 3 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 1 years in a managerial role Benefits Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Professional development opportunities Dynamic and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
