Job Title Store Manager - Bilaspur Location Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Industry Retail Tiles Bathware Sanitaryware Interior Products Reporting To Area Manager Retail Head Key Responsibilities Store Operations Daily store opening closing as per SOP Maintain cleanliness display and visual merchandising standards Ensure stock availability and timely inward outward entry Sales Customer Service Drive daily sales targets and conversion rates Provide excellent customer service and handle escalations Train team to explain product features and upsell cross-sell Team Management Supervise and motivate sales executives billing staff and assistants Assign daily tasks and ensure discipline grooming and attendance Conduct daily briefings and monthly performance reviews Inventory Stock Management Coordinate with HO warehouse for stock requisition Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage loss Ensure timely GRN and inward outward documentation Billing Cash Handling Monitor daily billing through software Ensure correct pricing discount application and GST rules Reconcile daily sales deposits and petty cash Vendor Logistics Coordination Follow up on pending orders and delivery timelines Coordinate for transport and local dispatches Reporting MIS Send daily weekly monthly sales and footfall reports Maintain records of customer orders feedback complaints and follow-ups Compliance Safety Ensure fire safety hygiene and in-store safety norms Comply with company policies and audits Key Requirements Education Graduate preferably in Business Commerce MBA PGDM is a plus Experience 3-6 years in retail store operations Tiles Sanitaryware preferred Skills Leadership team handling Sales negotiation Inventory billing systems like Tally Marg Ginesys etc MS Office Excel reporting Customer handling communication Hindi local dialects English Work Days Timing 6 Days a Week Weekday off 10 00 AM - 8 00 PM as per business need Salary Range 20 000 - 40 000 Depending on experience skill set Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
