Job description We are looking for a skilled creative Experienced Mechanical Engineer for steel ispat plant with expertise Profile Machine and CTL Machine in installation maintenance and operation s oversee the technical and managerial aspects of the region work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture through to installation and final commissioning Skillset Specialized in installation operational work and maintenance of machines Excellent communication and presentation skills Managerial experience will be an added advantage PROFILE MACHINE CTL MACHINE Identifies operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems Provides operational management information by collecting analysing and summarising operating and engineering trends Identifies priorities by assessing operational objectives like cost savings energy conservation and environmental quality Investigates complaints and suggestions by interviewing process supervisors and operators Develops operational solutions by defining studying estimating and testing alternative approaches Anticipates operational problems by studying operating targets modes of operation and unit limitations Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Great research and reporting skills Strong understanding of operations services and maintenence Excellent engineering and manufacturing control Good analytical and problem-solving skills A talent for technical innovation understanding Roles and Responsibilities - 1 Installation and Commissioning Oversee entire process of machine installation Measure critical values and make sure they are within tolerance before machine handover Prepare and update commissioning checklist and make sure all points are met Solve any kind of issue arising during commissioning Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure their efficient operation Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operation of equipment Maintaining daily logs and records of maintenance activities 2 Maintenance operation work Repairs and Modification Experience total work 5-10 year Preferred Age limit 28-45 yrs preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical engineering or similar Relevant Preferred Skills Requirement s knowledge of maintenence operation installation and others Salary between 20k-35k Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to hhsmanpower gmail com Please include relevant experience and qualifications in your application For inquiries please contact us at 7879883245 Company Office Address Hanuman Hardware Store fci road vyapar vihar bilaspur c g 495001 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
