Job Description: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other digital platforms to meet specific business goals. - Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and growth targets. Recommend campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative direction. - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality, ensuring cost efficiency and performance excellence. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights. - Plan, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across campaigns and channels. - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions (CRO). - Work closely with SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging, keyword alignment, and synergy between paid and organic efforts. - Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Technical Expertise Required: - Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Discovery) - Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager - Conversion Tracking and Attribution - Campaign Budgeting and Forecasting Tools - Understanding of SEO, Content Marketing & CRM Integrations
