Role Overview We’re looking for a Website Developer who has a keen eye for design, solid technical expertise, and a strong understanding of modern web technologies. You’ll work closely with our design and digital teams to develop responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly websites that align with brand strategy and deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and update websites using WordPress, React, or HTML/CSS frameworks. - Collaborate with designers to convert Figma/Adobe XD layouts into functional web pages. - Ensure responsive design across all devices and browsers. - Manage hosting, domains, and integrations such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party forms (Pabbly, Email.js, etc.). - Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide maintenance support for existing client websites. - Work with the digital team to implement marketing tags, landing pages, and tracking codes. - Stay updated with the latest web technologies, plugins, and security practices. Requirements - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, or custom themes). - Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS. - Experience with version control (Git/GitHub). - Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, and DNS management. - Understanding of SEO principles, page speed optimization, and web accessibility. - Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills - Basic understanding of API integrations. - Knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie). - Experience with eCommerce (Shopify or WooCommerce). - Familiarity with hosting providers like GoDaddy, HostGator, or Netlify.
