Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the national B2B vertical with complete sales and operations ownership.

- Build partnerships with OEM service centers, fleet operators, garages, and mobility players.

- Drive enterprise sales and acquire new high-value clients across India.

- Manage P&L - revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.

- Oversee credit control and ensure timely collections.

- Coordinate with internal teams - supply chain, service, tech, and finance.

- Hire, train, and manage a high-performance pan-India B2B sales team.

- Define SOPs and ensure compliance in all business processes.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales/operations.

- Strong network and connections with OEM-authorized service centers (mandatory).

- Excellent skills in sales strategy, negotiation, credit risk, and leadership.

- Experience in credit-driven businesses is a plus.

- Graduate in Engineering/Business/Automotive; MBA preferred.

- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
