Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Admission Officer to join our educational institution The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process guiding prospective students towards the best-suited courses and ensuring the successful enrollment of students This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of our educational offerings and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students and their families Key Responsibilities Student Guidance and Counseling Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students on available courses and programs Assess students academic and career goals to recommend the most suitable courses Stay updated on the latest educational trends and developments to provide accurate information Admissions Management Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment Maintain accurate and organized records of all student inquiries applications and admissions decisions Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with students parents and other stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students addressing their concerns and inquiries Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience Marketing and Outreach Participate in and organize outreach activities such as open houses college seminars and online webinars Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students to the institution Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to boost student enrollment Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze admission data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics conversion rates and other key performance indicators Utilize data to refine and enhance the admissions process and student engagement strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Education Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions student counseling or a related role within an educational institution Strong knowledge of educational programs and trends Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets Strong organizational and time management skills Key Competencies Student-focused with a passion for education Results-driven with a proven track record of closing admissions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Work Environment This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel for outreach events and student recruitment activities Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Morning shift Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Education administration 3 years Preferred
