**Job Title**: Student Counselor - Study Abroad
**Location**: Kollam
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Department**: Admissions and Counseling

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling to students on various study abroad programs, courses, and universities.
- Assess student requirements and suggest suitable study options.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and ensure students meet all requirements for admission.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in study abroad opportunities and institutional offerings.
- Guide students through pre-departure processes and provide support for post-admission queries.
- Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and counseling sessions.
- Organize and participate in educational seminars and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in student counseling or in the study abroad sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of work.
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
