Understands client needs and offers tailored business solutions. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into clients. Arrange and schedule meetings between potential clients with relevant authority as needed. Conduct regular client feedback calls to review work quality and resolve concerns. Uses feedback calls to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain an updated sales pipeline using the provided Client Data Tracker, ensuring proper tracking of leads and client progress. Skill Set: Exceptional command over verbal and written communication in English. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, email automation tools, and Lead-Gen Tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections. Effective in managing time, multitasking, having strong analytical skills and adaptability based on scenarios. Location and Timings: The opportunity is WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY.
