It s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they re doing About the company Ingram Micro is an integral part of the technology ecosystems helping our partners grow and thrive through the creation and delivery of Information Technology Cloud solutions and Lifecycle services With more than 54 billion in revenue and the ability to reach 90 of the global population we are one of the world s largest technology distributors serving our partners through operations in 61 countries with 29 000 associates Ingram Micro is the business behind the world s brands providing more ways to realize the promise of technology We are on a path to transform Ingram Micro into a Digital Platform Business based on experience and outcomes Our strategy is intently focused on three main users Customer Associate Vendor of our Digital Platform which will be connected via Data and Intelligence These platforms together are the Ingram Micro Xvantage TM Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Workday Technical Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team In this role you will support the development configuration and maintenance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions while collaborating closely with HR IT and functional business teams This is a great opportunity to grow your Workday expertise in a hands-on client-facing environment Key Responsibilities Support the design development testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB Enterprise Interface Builder Core Connectors Workday Studio basic to intermediate Web Services SOAP REST Assist with building custom and advanced reports e g Matrix Composite Reports Work on calculated fields and business process configurations Participate in Workday implementations enhancements and support activities Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data-related problems Document technical specifications configurations and processes clearly Stay updated on Workday updates and participate in testing during releases Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday technical roles especially with integrations and reporting Basic to intermediate proficiency with XML XSLT Workday EIB Core Connectors Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields Workday Extend BIRT Understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes Strong problem-solving time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Workday Studio or willingness to learn quickly Experience with Workday security and permissions Workday certification in Core Integrations Studio or Reporting a plus Experience working with global teams or clients What We Offer Flexible remote working options Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities to grow into advanced Workday roles Inclusive and collaborative team culture
