The candidate should be adept at identifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, and handling project-based sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approachgovernment dept., architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. - Participate ingovernment tenders, bid submissions, and follow-ups. - Present and promoteOfficemodular furniture, customized furniture, architectural products like acoustics, ceilings, roofing's, floorings, window fashions, glazing & Facadeto clients. - Develop relationships withPSUs, urban development bodies, and institutional buyers. - Collaborate withdesign, procurement, and logistics teamsto ensure project execution. - Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close deals successfully. - Track competitor activities and market trends in furniture and architectural product sales. Key Requirements: - Candidate should be presentable and should be a good learner. - Candidate should be ready to relocate on above given locations. - Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - MBA/PG in Marketing Science will be preferred. - Experience: 2+ years infurniture or architectural product sales, with experience ingovernment and private projects. - Knowledge ofgovernment procurement processes, tenders, and contract management. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Experience in working witharchitects, designers, and contractors. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and sales targets.
