Job description

Presales Executive – Key Responsibilities

- Product Showcasing: Should experience in software product-based company, including Demo, Presentation of software products (Example: - LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)), to stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to end-users.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in technical selling by providing product demonstrations and solution insights.
- RFI/RFP Responses: Prepare professional, detailed responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct solution-based presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) executions.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product functionality, technology, and system architecture, including LIMS solutions.
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales to drive the pre-sales process, analyze customer needs, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Leverage expertise in LIMS and Pharma Domain to enhance client interactions and ensure effective solution delivery.

NOTE: We are looking for candidates who are interested to join Presales Team for LIMS.
