Presales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Presales Executive to join our Technical Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in software product-based companies and a strong understanding of IT solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Showcasing: Experience with demoing and presenting software products, such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), to stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical selling by providing product demonstrations and solution insights.
- RFI/RFP Responses: Prepare professional responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct solution-based presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept executions.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product functionality, technology, and system architecture, including LIMS solutions.
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales to drive the pre-sales process, analyze customer needs, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Leverage expertise in LIMS and Pharma Domain to enhance client interactions and ensure effective solution delivery.
