Job Description Role Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Specialist to support accurate and complete Treasury processes in line with company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring to process payments and monitoring Bank transactions. The Treasury Specialist will also contribute to audit support and reporting to improve process efficiency and visibility. Key Accountabilities: - OperationsReview and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.Identify potential risks, ambiguities, or discrepancies in contract terms and conditions.Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to clarify contract language and terms.Maintain accurate records of contract revisions, approvals, and related documentation.Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.2. TrainingProvide training to new resources.Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cheat sheets, and process documentation.3. SOX audit & complianceSupport the SOX compliance team by providing timely backups and documentation of sample contracts as required.Ensure audit compliance by maintaining accurate records and controls.4. Reporting & AnalysisHelp in preparing monthly KPI dashboards- no. of contracts audited, amount of monetary observationsProvide insights on process performance and highlight areas for improvement.5. Process ImprovementContinuously assess current processes and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency. - Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education -and work-related experience. Master's degree in finance with relevant field of work experience (Preferred). 4-5 years experience in Contract audit or billing. - Technical Skills and Knowledge Accounting Knowledge: Good Knowledge of Journal entries, golden rules of accounting, cash flow statements, Accounting Principles and concepts and the ability to apply them to the company's accounting practices. - System Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft office. - Treasury process knowledge is an advantage. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kyriba (preferred) - Other Skills Communication - Possess good communication skills. Flexibility -Flexible to work in multiple shifts, Ability to work in cross functional teams.
