Job Title Housekeeping Supervisor Reports to Restaurant Manager Location Khaleez Restaurant Tirur Job Type Full-time Job Summary We re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team You ll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities leading a team of housekeeping staff and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency If you re a motivated and experienced professional looking for a supervisory role we d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities 1 Team Management - Lead motivate and supervise a team of housekeeping staff - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance cleaning skills and knowledge - Manage attendance punctuality and performance evaluations 2 Housekeeping Operations - Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas - Conduct regular inspections and trainings to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness - Implement and monitor cleaning schedules procedures and protocols 3 Recruitment and Training - Participate in recruitment and selection of housekeeping staff - Train new staff members on cleaning procedures equipment operation and safety protocols 4 Inventory Management - Manage housekeeping inventory including linens cleaning supplies and equipment - Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste 5 Quality Control - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance - Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues Requirements 1 Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in a hospitality a housekeeping supervisory role - Proven track record of leadership and team management 2 Skills - Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality 3 Certifications - Hospitality or housekeeping certification preferred What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and benefits package 2 Opportunities for career growth and development 3 Dynamic and supportive work environment If you re a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor looking for a new challenge please submit your application including your resume Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
