Job Description SubVerseis an enterprise AI Layer that integrates autonomous Agents with existing CRMs. We are looking for aCustomer Success Manager (CSM)to drive adoption, manage onboarding, and help our clients realize the full potential of AI automation. The Role In this role, you will act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor to our clients. You will not only support the platform but actively build solutions using it. You will analyze client workflows, identify manual processes that can be automated, and configure AI Agents to drive efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities - Onboarding & Integration:Guide clients through the setup process, assisting with the integration of SubVerse into their existing CRM landscapes. - Agent Creation & Prompting:Work directly with clients to design, configure, and refine AI Agents using Prompt Engineering to solve specific business problems. - Workflow Automation:Proactively identify manual client procedures that can be automated, creating new Agents to save costs and drive growth. - Account Expansion:Collaborate with the technical team to scope and deploy complex, custom Agents, driving account growth through increased utility and value. - Adoption & Satisfaction:Monitor usage metrics to ensure clients are achieving their goals, resolving roadblocks to ensure high retention and user happiness. Requirements - SaaS Experience:Previous experience in a Customer Success or Implementation role within a SaaS environment. - Technical Aptitude:strong grasp of Prompt Engineering and a basic understanding of APIs and integrations. - Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem Solver:A consultative mindset with the ability to diagnose business inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions. Bonus Points - Experience using or administering major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
