Job Description Position- Customer Success Engineer Exp- 3-5 yrs Notice Period- Immediate Joiner- 15 days Location- Mumbai Skills- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MYSQL, Client ticketing, 70-80% Support role, 20-30% Development Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Engineer to ensure a seamless customer experience through effective technical support and solution delivery. The role is primarily support-focused (7080%) with hands-on involvement in development activities (2030%). The ideal candidate will have strong technical fundamentals and excellent client-handling skills. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and issue resolution - Handle client ticketing systems, analyse issues, and provide timely resolutions - Provide technical support (L2/L3) for application-related issues - Troubleshoot problems related to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and MySQL - Perform minor enhancements, bug fixes, and feature updates as part of development tasks - Collaborate with internal development and product teams to resolve complex issues - Track, prioritise, and manage multiple customer tickets efficiently - Ensure adherence to SLAs and document resolutions and best practices - Assist in customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support activities - Proactively identify product improvements based on customer feedback Required Skills & Qualifications - 35 years of experience in a Customer Success / Technical Support / Application Support role - Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and MySQL - Experience with client ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively - Experience balancing support (7080%) and development (2030%) responsibilities
