We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Aracot Construction The ideal candidate will have a passion for electronics strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service Key Responsibilities Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products Explain product features specifications warranty and pricing clearly Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell cross-sell products Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom Handle customer queries complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing Stay updated on latest electronics trends and product knowledge Required Skills Excellent verbal communication Hindi basic English Presentable and well-groomed Confidence in customer interaction Target-driven and self-motivated Basic computer skills for billing stock checking etc Qualifications Minimum 12th pass or graduate Prior experience in electronics showroom or retail sales preferred Freshers with strong communication and interest in electronics may apply Perks Benefits Attractive incentive structure on sales On-the-job product training Employee discounts on products Career growth opportunities within the company Job Types Full-time Fresher Work Location In person
