Job Title Lead Generation SpecialistExp 4 YearsLocation Rohini North DelhiShift US Shift 5 30 to 2 30 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute our outbound sales efforts The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating qualified leads and driving outbound sales campaigns for the USA and other western markets particularly within the IT services Key Responsibilities - Generate potential leads in the USA other western countries across various industries - Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads - Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn cold calling email campaigns and other prospecting channels - Implement best practices for lead qualification follow-ups and conversion - Understand client needs and pain points to position your company s solutions effectively - Ensure a high level of professionalism in all outbound communications - Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management on lead generation metrics and performance - Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve targets Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field - 4 years of experience in outbound sales lead generation or business development - Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques including cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills - Experience in B2B lead generation especially in industries like IT services SaaS or consulting - Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo or Apollo io and automated tools to faten the whole process - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment ref updazz com
