Organica is currently looking to fill a Manager Sales Business Development in South India reporting to the Business Head IndiaSummary of Responsibilities Drive BD Sales efforts to grow and convert pipeline of opportunities for projects and services Handle lead qualification bid proposal preparation contract negotiation and pricing strategy for all opportunities Identify suitable partners for opportunities tenders Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as end clients contractors and consultants etc Work closely with the Business Head to implement business development sales initiatives Lobbying with key decision makers at government bodies in the field of environment and wastewater management Building the Organica brand Full accountability for delivering bookings revenue and GP targets for the region Gather market data and information about industry trends competing technologies and organisations competitive pricing and technical specifications etc Manage accurate information on all potential project opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications BTech or BSc is preferred Proven experience of atleast 8-10 years in sales business development or marketing within the wastewater management or environmental sector Strong knowledge of marketing strategies sales processes and business development techniques Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced remote environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis Key competencies Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Native language Willingness to travel for client meetings industry events and business development activities Creative innovative and enthusiastic Confidence high level of energy and passion Self-starter Ability to work with minimum of supervision Team player Good attention to detail results driven Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Flexible and open to changing priorities Location Hyderabad BengaluruWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer Please review our values located at If you think you are a fit for Organica and for this position please send your resume with salary requirement and motivation cover letter to the following e-mail address For more information about our company visit Please read our Privacy Statement under this link https www organicawater com privacy-policy
