Job Description Role: Market Research & Appointment Setter (Work from Home) Compensation Model: Performance-based pay per qualified meeting set. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in our growth. You will be the engine that drives our sales pipeline by identifying high-value opportunities and booking meetings with key decision-makers. This is a 100% remote, performance-based role perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys the direct link between their effort and their earnings. Key Responsibilities: - Target Market & Company Research: - Conduct in-depth research to identify and build lists of target companies that fit our ideal customer profile. - Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company databases, and industry reports to uncover new market opportunities. - Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Research: - Identify the right decision-makers and influencers within target accounts (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Sales/Marketing, IT Heads). - Research and document key information about prospects to enable personalized outreach. - Multi-Channel Outreach & Education: - Craft and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn. - Educate potential clients about our offerings by sharing valuable insights and content, positioning our solution as the answer to their business challenges. - Manage and maintain a clean prospect database. - Appointment Setting: - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet our criteria. - Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for our sales team using scheduling tools like Calendly. - Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings set.
