This is a 100% remote, performance-based role perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys the direct link between their effort and their earnings.Key Responsibilities:- Target Market & Company Research:- Conduct in-depth research to identify and build lists of target companies that fit our ideal customer profile.- Use tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, company databases, and industry reports to uncover new market opportunities.- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Research:- Identify the right decision-makers and influencers within target accounts (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Sales/Marketing, IT Heads).- Research and document key information about prospects to enable personalized outreach.- Multi-Channel Outreach & Education:- Craft and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email and Linked In.- Educate potential clients about our offerings by sharing valuable insights and content, positioning our solution as the answer to their business challenges.- Manage and maintain a clean prospect database.- Appointment Setting:- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet our criteria.- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for our sales team using scheduling tools like Calendly.- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings set.What We Offer:- Performance-Based Earnings: 15 K monthly fixed + uncapped earning potential.
