Role Description

Location:

Mumbai (Preferred)

This role involves a hybrid work model with both onsite office presence and offsite client visits.

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic HR Sales & Support Executives and Technical Sales & Support Executives to join our growing team. These professionals will serve as a critical bridge between potential clients and the support team by understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.

The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales support, including client meetings, technical assistance, and relationship management. It demands excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Activities:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Design and propose customized solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase value propositions.
- Assist in the development of proposals and quotations based on client discussions.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, potential leads, and new opportunities.
- Support the sales team with technical insights, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Help qualify leads to determine fit and potential for conversion.
- Maintain ongoing communication and build relationships to foster trust with prospects.

Lead Closure and Demos:

- Provide detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and convert qualified leads into customers.

Post-Sales Support:

- Provide initial and ongoing technical assistance to clients post-sale.
- Conduct client onboarding and training to ensure proper product usage.
- Gather client feedback and report insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resolving basic implementation challenges.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of the product or service offered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos.
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and client collaboration.
- Sales knowledge and customer handling.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships over the long term.

Additional Requirements:

- Must be comfortable with client meetings and visits (onsite & offsite) as part of the role.
- Candidates from Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai are preferred.
