We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-10 years of experience in backend development roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
