Job Description About the Role: - Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational activities - Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and related documentation - Manage and update customer databases, sales reports, and pipeline tracking - Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and communication to ensure timely responses - Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery - Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and promotional materials - Monitor sales targets, track performance metrics, and assist in sales forecasting - Maintain accurate records of sales agreements and customer communications - Provide administrative support to the sales department and ensure efficient workflow Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
