Job Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Reporting to : Director & Head of Digital Access Solutions & Elmech (MEIIA)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Actively promote Digital Access Solutions including Electromechanical range of products and solutions to professional end users and end customer in close coordination with System Integrators.
- Support channel partners sales, installation and support capabilities through formal hands-on training and specification support
- Assess and development of channel partner teams skills & competence to ensure proper representation of our portfolio
- Specification of our entire Access Solution portfolio in large project by engaging MEP consultant, architects, and contractors by successfully presenting the concept, technical details and feasibility study.
- Drive team to acquire new Clients, retain as well as expand the scope of existing clients.
- Ability to drive team to get repeated business from existing customers; and provide commercial, marketing and strategic support to the existing accounts.
- Plan and implement lead generation activities with his/her team using various means.
- Drive technical team to do pilot/mock ups of products and educating the key stakeholders on technical aspects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Full time with bacheors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Production and Mechanical)/ MBA (Marketing and Sales) from an accredited college or university.
- 7-11 year of experience in selling ELV product (CCTV, Access control, Fire, PA, BMS etc)
- Knowledge of Access control system is must
- Proficiency with computer software applications including major Microsoft 'Office Suite' programs, specifically Excel
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills is required.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills and time management habits.
- Motivated self-starter with a high aptitude for acquiring new skills and principles.
