About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve

- Design, develop, and execute high-performing marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.
- Manage lead nurturing programs to cultivate and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Configure and maintain Marketo workflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
- Leverage marketing automation to personalize the customer journey and deliver targeted content.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using Marketo analytics and other digital analytics tools.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest Marketo features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders on Marketo functionality

What were looking for

- Bachelor's / master's degree from a reputed university
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Marketo.
- Proven track record of success in designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Marketo features and functionalities.
- Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
- Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
