Adobe Marketo Architect

The Adobe Marketo Solution Architect designs, implements, and optimizes marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo. This role involves technical expertise in Marketo, understanding marketing strategies, and translating business needs into technical solutions. The architect collaborates with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance marketing performance and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Design customized Marketo solutions that address the unique needs of each client, leveraging Marketo's capabilities to automate lead generation, nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and customer engagement. Develop comprehensive solution architectures and project plans that outline the implementation roadmap and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Marketo Engage.
- Integrate Marketo Engage with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and alignment.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and workflows, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within Marketo Engage, including database segmentation, data cleansing, and enrichment.
- Develop and maintain data governance practices to comply with data privacy regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketo Engage features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our marketing automation capabilities.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Marketo Engage configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Generate and distribute reports on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience with Adobe Marketo.
- Technical background with system integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of marketing automation and digital strategies.
- Ability to design and implement Marketo solutions.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Marketo Certified Expert or Architect certification preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering measurable business impact for clients.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
