About The Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate to join our Business Operations team in Bangalore, India. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and customer support functions, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in international voice processes, particularly in liaising with US-based stakeholders and customers. Fluency in French is a mandatory requirement, as the role involves direct interaction with French-speaking clients. This position offers a clear career progression path, with opportunities to advance into senior management, leadership roles, or to participate in cross-functional projects, fostering professional growth within the organization. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in an international voice process, demonstrating strong communication and relationship management skills. Fluency in speaking French is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and optionally, Access. Strong attention to detail, effective multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks are critical. A flexible attitude towards working night shifts is mandatory. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking accountability for resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Prior experience in customer relationship management and the ability to handle multiple channels such as calls, emails, and chats will be advantageous. Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls from B2B customers, providing professional and timely assistance. - Make outbound calls to generate leads and support sales initiatives. - Handle chat queries and provide comprehensive email support to clients. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to offer accurate information. - Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
