Job Description Key Responsibilities Risk Monitoring & Reporting - Prepare product-level risk decks, analyzing performance against key risk metrics and benchmarks. - Track early bucket bounces and flow rates; provide actionable insights to credit and business teams. - Perform portfolio reviews focused on delinquency reports and Early Warning System (EWS) alerts. - Recommend portfolio interventions and resolution strategies to maintain and improve asset quality. Policy & Analysis - Conduct hind-sighting reviews to assess credit policy implementation effectiveness. - Provide feedback or initiate amendments to credit policies based on analytical insights. - Perform Credit Through The Door analysis to guide business teams in correcting variance. - Analyze and interpret macro and micro-level data movements to understand systemic risks. Real-Time Risk Actions - Monitor high-value cases in real-time and recommend preventive measures. - Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model building, review, and alignment.
