Job Description We're hiring: Admissions Manager (Team Lead) - PG Program Tetr College of Business is building an immersive global program that's rewriting the rules of business education, and we're looking for an Admissions Manager to lead our Gurugram team. We want someone who can: - Lead and inspire a team of Admission Managers and Consultants - setting strategy, mentoring talent, and fostering excellence. - Oversee the entire student recruitment lifecycle from lead generation to conversion. - Build and scale B2B partnerships with universities, career centres, educational consultants, and study-abroad agencies. - Represent Tetr at leading education fairs and events - showcasing our value to global audiences. - Act as Tetr's brand custodian, ensuring consistency in how we engage with students and families. - Collaborate closely with global admissions, marketing, and strategy teams - localizing initiatives and Go-To-Market efforts for maximum impact. - Own the admissions cycle, ensuring every applicant receives a seamless, supportive experience. Who you are: - 5-8 years of sales experience (education or student recruitment background preferred) - Experienced in team leadership-managing and motivating others to achieve ambitious targets. - Personally familiar with the international student journey (lived or studied abroad). - Passionate about global education and helping students achieve their aspirations. - Comfortable using CRM, data analysis tools, and digital platforms for performance optimization.
