
Manager- C&B and HR Analytics

• Partner with Business Leadership to understand roles, targets, OKR, and market benchmarks to design & execute various incentive & compensation levers which drive culture of performance, align with organization goals and revenue strategies.
• Analyse sales performance data and ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts including dashboarding & support communication and training initiatives around incentive plan as required. Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed to improve performance alignment
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity. Develop compensation models and conduct cost/productivity analysis to support business decisions including strategic workforce planning & job levelling
• Track costs against the Rewards budget and provide regular reports to the Rewards lead highlighting any risks in a timely manner.
• Work with the Talent Management team to execute the Financial Wellness Initiatives for the larger organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education level and/ or experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.
• MBA in HR from a Tier 1/2 institute B-School or a Business / Related degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills- Excellent MS Excel skills, Data Analysis & MS Office skills & presentation skills
Skills & Competencies:
• The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose
• Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.
• Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
