Pls find below mentioned JD for the Sr Specialist Marketing -Marketing Job Category- Permanent Job Location Andheri-Chakala Job Type InOffice-5 Days in week Not Hybrid Office Hours Flexible 09 Hours per day 1 Grow awareness about SIG Scholle IPN and build the SIG Scholle IPN India brand by conceptualizing and executing relevant direct marketing PR and digital marketing initiatives for SIG SIPN India 2 Designs develops and implements marketing programs and or pricing strategies to support the organization s products services or market sector 3 Drive the sustainability and EPR initiatives for SIG SIPN India with agency partners working closely with other team members implementing global sustainability campaigns locally 3 Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams 4 Develops and directs marketing programs for a significant product product category lines region or country 5 Establishes marketing strategies and tactics including e g product direction advertising expense budgets profit plans and future product portfolio development to develop business and grow the company s market share 6 Performs analysis and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences sales coverage market penetration market practices and sales trends 7 Collects analyzes and uses quantitative and qualitative market data to develop insights into consumer preferences behaviours patterns and trends and to understand perception and drivers of consumer and market dynamics 8 Provides insights to aid the development of future programs and strategies Monitors organization s market share and competition 9 Develops marketing merchandising creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization s products and services through the internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience 10 Market Survey Competitor Analyses Lead Generation Presentation to customer Develop and executionof of comprehensive marketing plan
