Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM AEST

Location: Remote

Key Requirements

Client-Facing Role: This role involves regular communication with international clients, particularly from the Australian market.

Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is essential – you must be able to clearly present reports, strategies, and insights to clients.

Must have managed clients independently and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

About the Role

At Marketing Transformers, we're trailblazers in digital marketing, empowering businesses across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Canada. We're on the lookout for an Ads Manager with a strong focus on Meta Ads to lead and optimize paid campaigns, drive performance, and independently manage client accounts.

This is a high-responsibility, performance-focused role for someone who is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about Meta advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Expertise: Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite.

Campaign Strategy: Develop full-funnel ad strategies tailored to client goals, primarily on Meta platforms.

Client Management: Independently handle international client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and communication.

Ad Creation & Management: Work with the creative team to develop engaging Meta ad creatives, launch campaigns, and oversee performance.

Budget Management: Strategically manage ad spend for maximum ROI, with a focus on Meta Ads.

Performance Analysis: Monitor Meta KPIs, extract insights, and make real-time optimizations.

A/B Testing: Continuously test and iterate creatives, copy, and audiences to boost performance.

Reporting: Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights focused on Meta ad results.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of Meta Ads experience (Facebook & Instagram).

Ability to independently manage clients and Meta ad campaigns end-to-end.

Prior experience working with international clients, preferably from Australia.

Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and audience segmentation.

Strong strategic and creative skills with a sharp focus on performance outcomes.

Excellent English communication skills are non-negotiable.

Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus but not required.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint) are a strong advantage.
