About the Company Indo Nuclear Energy Pvt Ltd is a leading ethanol manufacturing company with a modern distillery unit focused on sustainable biofuel production The company promotes a culture of safety teamwork and operational excellence ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment Job Summary The HR Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative functions at the plant including recruitment attendance management payroll coordination statutory compliance and employee engagement The role also includes overseeing labor law compliance and administrative support to ensure smooth plant operations Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable Factory and Labour Acts Maintain employee attendance leave and shift records accurately Handle end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding formalities Coordinate employee induction training and documentation Manage payroll data and liaise with the Accounts department for timely salary processing Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF ESI and Factory Act regulations Maintain employee personal files HR records and digital HR database Support management in performance evaluation and training initiatives Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture Oversee contract labor management and vendor HR coordination Prepare and present HR-related MIS and compliance reports for management Manage administrative functions including canteen housekeeping transport and staff welfare Qualification Experience Qualification MBA PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent Experience 4-6 years of experience in HR and administration preferably in a manufacturing or distillery environment Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS and documentation Excellent problem-solving coordination and leadership abilities Integrity confidentiality and professionalism in all HR dealings Salary 35 000 - 40 000 per month Negotiable based on experience qualification Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s previous company name Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience in HR preferably in distillery environment 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
