You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing the MICE segment for our company You will be responsible for promoting our destinations services and products to potential clients fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating and executing MICE events of various scales Your primary objective will be to generate revenue exceed sales targets and ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery Responsibilities Sales and Business Development - Identify and prospect new clients in the tourism industry including travel agencies corporate companies event planners and associations - Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to expand the client base - Develop innovative sales strategies and implement effective tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets - Conduct presentations negotiations and proposals to win new business opportunities MICE Event Management - Coordinate and manage end-to-end MICE events including conferences meetings incentives and exhibitions - Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives budgets and preferences and propose customized solutions - Arrange venue selection accommodation transportation catering entertainment and other necessary arrangements - Liaise with various suppliers vendors and local partners to ensure seamless execution of MICE events - Oversee event logistics including registrations on-site coordination audiovisual setup and post-event evaluations Client Relationship Management - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients requirements and offering tailored solutions - Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing their queries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally - Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients Destination Expertise - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Thailand and Bali including popular tourist attractions cultural highlights hotels and local customs - Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and market developments in the tourism and MICE sectors - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert recommendations and creating unique itineraries Company Overview - Neocorp Solutions is a leading Destination Management Company DMC specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences in Thailand and Bali Our company is dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for our clients by offering a wide range of services tailored to their specific needs We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Tourism Sales MICE Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Tourism or a related field Proven experience in tourism sales and MICE event management preferably within a DMC or related industry - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with fluency in written and spoken English Knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Deep knowledge of Thailand and Bali as travel destinations including their unique selling points and attractions - Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as required - Join our dynamic team and be a part of an exciting journey in the world of travel If you are passionate about sales love creating memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you - Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you believe you are the perfect fit for this role ref updazz com
