As a Paid Search Marketing Associate within the In-House Paid Media team, you will play a key supporting role, assisting team members in the end-to-end management of paid search and demand gen campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign builds, reporting, pacing, optimization, and leveraging advanced analytics and automation to promote performance and efficiency across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Build & Execution: Assist in the setup, launch, and management of paid search and demand gen campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor for efficient campaign setup, bulk edits, and launches. Support Pod members in keyword research, including usage and forecasting with Keyword Planner, A/B testing of creative assets, audience targeting, and demand gen strategy development.
- Ensure campaigns are structured according to industry best practices, platform guidelines, stakeholder objectives, and organizational requirements, with special attention to compliance and regulatory standards relevant to financial and banking accounts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports using platform dashboards (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Search Ads 360, and Tableau. Conduct in-depth analysis of paid search campaign data to uncover trends, generate insights, and identify actionable opportunities for ongoing optimization.
- Perform competitor analysis using tools such as SimilarWeb and other market intelligence platforms to inform campaign strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign metrics, results, and learnings, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for financial and banking clients.
- Pacing & Budget Management: Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation to ensure efficient spend and alignment with Line of Business objectives. Flag pacing issues and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and lead generation, with a focus on financial and banking account requirements.
- Demonstrate experience using automated bid strategies and Search Ads 360 (SA360) bid strategies to optimize budget utilization and campaign performance.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Support ongoing campaign optimizations, including bid adjustments, negative keyword management, creative testing, and audience segmentation. Troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, tracking, and performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and demand gen campaigns, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Pod members and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless campaign execution. Communicate campaign updates, results, and recommendations clearly and professionally to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience presenting campaign and account performance insights to senior leadership, with a focus on executive-level storytelling
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Demand Gen campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor for campaign setup and launch.
- Experience with Keyword Planner for keyword research and forecasting.
- Experience handling accounts in the financial or banking sector, with understanding of compliance, privacy, Quality Controls process and regulatory requirements.
- Experience using automated bid strategies and Search Ads 360 (SA360) bid strategies.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and leveraging artificial intelligence to maximize the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills coupled with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Digital experience preferably in Paid search & Demand Gen campaigns.
