
Partner Engagement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team, Manage and build on existing partner relationships, understand the technology terms to negotiate with partners on the different roles, develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships, collaboration with legal / Admin and procurement deal with legal documents such as MSA and SoW and preferably understand the legal clauses for Time and Material or Fixed scope-based contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the organizations partners to drive mutual success and achieve business goals.
- Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with new and existing technology integrators and developers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership growth plans.
- Engage in resource negotiations, including product, shared services teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships.
- Address partner concerns, provide ongoing support, and ensure mutual success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- You have 5-8 years of experience in partner management.
- Proven experience in building partner ecosystems for technology companies in related domains.
- Have experience of the legal documents handling like MSA and SoW.
- Have experience in Resource Management, Staffing Plans, Delivery Management, Billing , Invoicing related coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English
