Job Description Job Title: Head of Growth Location: Bangalore, India Reporting To: CEO Experience: 812 years (Minimum 3+ years in a senior growth, strategy, or revenue role in logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS/marketplace) About Lobb Lobb is India's leading digital freight brokerage platform revolutionizing long-haul trucking. Backed by marquee investors and operational in 22+ cities, we connect fleet owners with top logistics service providers like TCI, GATI, Delhivery, and Safexpress. With $20M+ in annual revenue and a 10X growth trajectory, we are a profitable, impact-driven startup on a mission to transform India's logistics backbone. Role Overview We're looking for a Head of Growth to own and drive top-line revenue, expand city presence, and build repeatable go-to-market engines. You'll work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and operations to identify growth levers and rapidly scale the business. Key Responsibilities - Own revenue growth: Develop and execute strategies to 2X3X revenue in the next 1218 months. - City Expansion: Identify and prioritize new city launches; build and track ramp-up playbooks. - Fleet Acquisition & Engagement: Scale active truck base (32MXL, 32SXL, 20ft, etc.); improve fleet stickiness and utilization. - Demand Growth: Deepen relationships with national logistics players; build new client pipelines (spot, contract). - Sales & BD Playbooks: Standardize high-performance playbooks for fleet onboarding, retention, and brokerage operations. - Data & Metrics: Define growth KPIs, optimize CAC/LTV, and create real-time dashboards for visibility. - Growth Experiments: Design and run rapid A/B tests in pricing, commission models, incentives, and other levers. - Team Building: Hire and mentor a high-output growth and inside sales team. Requirements - Proven experience scaling growth in a fast-paced startup or logistics/SaaS marketplace. - Deep understanding of the trucking ecosystem and long-haul dynamics. - Strong analytical skills ability to translate data into action. - Hustler mindset execution-oriented, hands-on, and frugal. - Experience managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Tech). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have - Exposure to platforms like BlackBuck, Delhivery, Rivigo, ElasticRun, or trucking verticals of Swiggy/Amazon. - Familiarity with FTL brokerage models, trip economics, and driver behavior. - MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
