Role & Responsibilities

- Digital & Offline Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, search, influencer, and offline channels (flyers, events, partnerships).
- Content & Social Media: Create, manage, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, newsletters) to build strong community engagement.
- Brand Promotion: Work on positioning the startup as a trusted AI-powered marketplace for daily services.
- Advertising Management: Handle performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a single point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolutions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure effectiveness of campaigns, track KPIs, and share actionable insights with the leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and vendor teams to align marketing with business objectives.

What Were Looking For

- 01 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or growth roles (start-up/marketplace experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ads, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- A proactive attitude with ownership mindset and willingness to experiment.
