About Gruhas:

Gruhas is an investment firm co-founded in 2021 by Nikhil Kamath and Abhijeet Pai. The firm invests in early and growth-stage startups across sectors such as climate tech, consumer brands, senior care, sustainability, and PropTech. Gruhas has supported over 50 companies, including well-known names like IPEC, PMI Electro Mobility, and Ossus Bio Renewables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies that align with Gruhas vision and investment focus and Draft press releases, media notes, and thought-leadership articles.

Manage content creation for Gruhas digital platforms, including LinkedIn and the company website.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry partners.

Manage content creation for Gruhas digital platforms, including LinkedIn and the company website.

Develop strategic connections with industry associations, ecosystem enablers, and key stakeholders to strengthen Gruhas network and deal flow.

Support portfolio companies with marketing, hiring, and other key business functions to accelerate their growth.

Who Can Apply:

Professionals with 2-4 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or related fields.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and impactful content.

Familiarity with venture capital, startups, or emerging technologies is a strong plus.
