**Marketing Associate | ElevateHQ**
We're looking for a marketing associate who has done content + performance marketing.
Ideally, looking for someone who can write well and can run performance campaigns.

The marketing associate will learn about and understand the market, the competitors and will generate new ideas for how to increase market share and better represent ElevateHQ in the market.

**Work Location**:Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for running the newsletter, rehashing all video content(which are produced in-house), handling social media, running ads (adwords, retargeting, LI targeting)
- Evaluate the performance of all campaigns by understanding and reporting on campaign metrics and KPIs for optimization purposes
- Communicating with the Content Writer in developing engaging content for the marketing campaigns
- Track, measure, and analyse marketing campaigns and derive key insights

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (must have)
- 1-2 years of experience working in B2B SaaS space
- Experienced in running performance campaign (Adwords, LinkedIn)
- Experienced with short-form content
- Prior experience with running performance campaigns (good to have)
