Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Create and manage content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns.
  • Support and manage email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, and other outreach channels.
  • Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach for higher conversion.
  • Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • ~0–2 years of experience in digital marketing / outreach / sales enablement (internship or full-time).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email campaign tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) along with Agentic AI tools for marketing.
  • Strong interest in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech industries is a big plus.
